Intellectual Property.
Participant understands and agrees not to use or infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of Kris Prochaska/ Align Your Design, LLC. All work product, designs, deliverables, or content created by Kris Prochaska/ Align Your Design, LLC under this Agreement shall remain the intellectual property of Kris Prochaska/ Align Your Design, LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Use of Artificial Intelligence.
Participants may not input, upload, or otherwise provide Kris Prochaska/Align Your Design, LLC’s proprietary materials—including but not limited to course content, frameworks, templates, worksheets, methodologies, and recordings—into any artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content generation technology for any purpose, including summarization, analysis, rewriting, or content generation. Participants may not use Kris Prochaska/Align Your Design, LLC’s materials to create derivative works using AI or to train AI models, language learning models, or similar systems. Any use of Kris Prochaska/Align Your Design, LLC’s materials with AI tools requires Kris Prochaska’s express written permission.
